Prem Rawat, known also by the honorary title Maharaji, has traveled the world for four decades, inspiring people to find peace within.

His message is simple and profound. Speaking at the United Nations Conference Centre in Bangkok, Thailand, he said, “Peace needs to be in everyone’s life. Of all the things we have tried in this world, there is one thing we have never given a chance. That one thing is peace. It is not the world that needs peace; it is people. When people in the world are at peace within, the world will be at peace. The peace we are looking for is within. It is in the heart, waiting to be felt, and I can help you get in touch with it.”

Prem Rawat was born in India in 1957. He started addresing audiences at a very young age. Since then he has spoken at various events in over 50 countries around the world.  His audiences have varied from distinguished government and civic leaders to villagers in rural and remote areas.
He is regularly asked to present his message of peace at international events by organisations such as, the United Nations, the Australian and the Italian Parliaments, the Rotary International. He has addressed faculties, students and invited guests at many universities including Harvard and Berkeley University, USA, University of Salamanca Spain, Oxford University UK. He also spoke at the International Forum for Culture and Peace, in Barcelona in 2004. The dissemination of his message of peace is made available in more than 90 countries and 70 languages.

Prem Rawat is a USA citizen. He is married and a father of four children.  He supports himself and his family through his own means. He does not receive any monetary remuneration from the talks he gives.

He funded The Prem Rawat Foundation (TPRF), which promotes his message of peace and also spearheads significant humanitarian initiatives around the world. The activities of TPRF are supported financially through voluntary contributions given by individuals who are appreciative of Prem Rawat’s message and the Foundation’s humanitarian initiatives and also by the sale of related audiovisual and printed material.

Prem Rawat offers a simple and practical way through which one can discover the peace and joy within oneself. This way consists of four simple techniques. In order to prepare to learn these techniques, Prem Rawat has created a series of DVDs called “The Keys.”

There are six Keys. The first five consist of a presentation by Prem Rawat and approximately ten to twelve hours of supporting video material.
You may borrow the Keys and watch them in your home.

In the sixth Key Prem Rawat teaches the techniques through a video presentation. This presentation takes part in a session, which is organized for all those who have gone through the process of watching the five Keys and have asked to be shown the techniques. The whole process is free of charge.
